- Discovery Call
A complimentary 30-minute consultation over phone or Zoom to understand your space, preferences, and whether InstaFlip is the right service for you.
- Budget & Scope Definition
After the call, we define a working budget and clarify the scope of the transformation to ensure expectations are aligned from the beginning.
- Initial Site Visit & Design Fee
We conduct an on-site visit to assess the space and take detailed measurements. A design fee is applicable at this stage. If you choose to proceed, this fee is applied toward the total project cost.
- Down Payment
To secure the project and begin procurement, a 95% non-refundable down payment is required immediately following the site visit.
- Design Presentation & Feedback
A design concept is presented via Zoom. Clients are given 24 hours to share feedback. Revisions outside of the agreed scope or after the 24-hour window may incur additional charges.
- Procurement & Styling
Once the design is approved, Shereen begins sourcing and purchasing all items. All purchases are final and non-returnable, in line with the fast turnaround of the InstaFlip process.
- Installation Day
Clients are kindly requested to vacate the home for a full day. During this time, the transformation takes place and the space is styled for the final reveal.
- Project Completion
The project is considered fully complete upon installation and styling. Any requests or changes after this point will be treated as a new project and priced separately.
- Cancellations & Refunds
All payments made—including the design fee and down payment—are non-refundable due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of the service.
